Dear international school community,

Thank you for clicking on this link. Chances are that your school administration provided you with this link, so without further ado let me introduce myself.

I’m Christiane Beinroth, and I’m working with individuals (& entities where you find these individuals, like your school) whose lives are characterized by repeated international relocations, transitions and all that it entails. It has been my life the past 25 years as well.

It’s a life of unique experiences, and it has joys & pains, gains & losses - no matter the frequency or intensity. So, how can I be of support to you?

A few thoughts on my approach…

I approach life with curiosity, a certain tenacity and some risk-taking. I’m drawn to pioneering projects and settings that don’t quite “fit the box.” I purpose to take a creative look at life’s situations and find the gold in it.

My business AZURATE is an online consulting offering courses, workshops and coaching to individuals (or entities) who's lives are characterized by experiences of repeated or constant changes, transitions and relocations. They are familiar with the joys and pains, the gains and losses associated with it.

My life’s approach is woven into the focus of AZURATE:

    • Embrace your situation - Take an honest look at these joys, pains, gains & losses, no matter in what proportion, frequency or intensity they appear.

    • Empower yourself - There are usually questions around topics like stability, identity, belonging, family & friends, adapting to the new, finances... There are ways & tools as well as networking, to come out on top in these areas.

    • Capitalize on it - Your life with these situations gives you experiences, expertise & skill sets that are unique. Why let it lie dormant? Define these skills and find out how you can capitalize on them, use them to your personal and professional benefit.

    Who I am:

I’m Christiane Beinroth, native German, and have worked internationally over the last 20 years, mostly in the U.S. My expertise is in the field of constant change, multiple transitions & relocations, as well as in the field of learning (all age groups + various entities).

Around 2015 I started a career move to better apply my soft skills and my experience with cultures, change + transitions. I went back to school to earn a master's degree (M.A.) in Business Coaching & Change Management (incl. Cultural Intelligence and Digital Transformation). On this journey I eventually started my brand and business AZURATE (azurate.com) on the side and now work full-time as an international entrepreneur.

Through the past 25 years I have lived a life of constant change and transitions, partially thanks to voluntary decisions to embrace new challenges, opportunities, places, and partially involuntarily due to life happening with unexpected changes and losses. I do have interests in a lot of areas of consulting. But it increasingly made sense to utilize the area that I am an expert in (extensive life experiences + master's degree) to have a greatest possible impact and use my passion.

I am bilingual (English/German) and currently reside in beautiful Freiburg, Germany. I am a member of the EASC (European Association of Supervision and Coaching) and of the ATD (Association of Talent Development).
