I am a strong proponent of supporting coaching with training. It has a synergetic effect. This means: If you are looking for intercultural coaching, let’s say to prepare an employee for a move to another country, I propose a tailored package to your needs where the 1:1 sessions will be complemented by videos, audio or reading material. This training component serves as preparation, inspiration, session follow-up etc.
What else do I like to include when working with a company?
I strongly suggest to include a prepared, roughly 90 min total video package plus a live call for the people connected to the moving person, that might be the immediate team, decision-makers back home.
Do you want to offer an event on the topic of intercultural training, maybe as a chamber or service provider?
You may invite me as a trainer or speaker depending on your settings. A 90 min workshop, a speaking engagement or contributing to a panel at an event. There are many options. Let’s talk.
